1. I think that just the prospect of Harry losing his wand and never
going back to Hogwarts would be sufficient reason for Arthur to be
nervous. No need to drag hypothetical thoughts of Azkaban in the mix.
2. Since when have Percy and Harry thought in similar ways? Not to
mention that Harry was the one being tried, so it was quite a human
thing for him to do to envision the worst.
