Eugh! There's an awful thought! But also, I don't see that that's 
possible. Sirius makes it perfectly clear that Draco is pure blood 
when he is talking to Harry about his family tree in OOTP. Sirius's 
mother would have removed his family from the tree if he was 
anything BUT pure blood. As he remains, I think it's fair to say the 
HBP is not Draco. (I hope not anyway!)
