It's one of the Potions classes after Occlumency is cancelled.  
Harry turns in what he thinks will be a good potion, but it falls 
and breaks.  And Snape says, "Oops! No mark again today" (or some 
such)(OoP)
 
When things get too quiet, Rabid Snape Supporters and Vehement Snape 
Opponents get together and argue about how the container broke.
