Juli:
I'll give it a shot, there are some beers that are
called alcohol-free beers, I used to drink them as a
kid, then last year while I was studying alcohol and
it's use/abuse I realized it does contain alcohol,
just half the amount that regular beer does, so
authorities don't consider it an alcoholic beverage.
Just like in France, kids are allowed to drink wine
from time to time, why? Because it's their way of
life. So my guess is that it's alcohol level is low
enough not to be considered "alcoholic".
