I don't think it's always served hot.  I know on cold Hogsmead visits  it's
Always (as far as I can remember) served hot.  Maybe it hot or cold,  kinda
like chocolate milk, and hot chocolate.  Not much difference in the  two, 
except
for the temperature, and hot chocolate sometimes has marshmallows.
 
Chancie~ who wishes she didn't mention hot chocolate, because she's 
still trying to loose the last of her baby weight, and can now hear  the 
chocolate
calling her from the other room...
