What makes you say Dumbledore could see through an invisibility  cloak?
We all know Moody can, but I doubt he would say anything about Harry
being under an invisibility cloak, too many DE's around.  I am certian  that 
if this was the case however, Moody would tell Dumbledore as soon as 
he felt it was safe to do so.
