Ms.Luna,
Are you talking about the fact that Harry's blood was used to return LV to his human body?
that's the only thing I see that connects them. (but then I can be a little thick at times and 
may need some enlightenment)  If that's what your referring to, than no, I don't think there 
would be a bond because Harrys' blood was forcebly taken.  I understand what DD said as 
meaning if someone voluntarily saves another's life, then that witch or wizard owes a life 
debt to the one who saved them.
