I think she meant the part in the Department of Mysteries, where the
Unspeakables appear to be experimenting with/manipulating time;
remember the Death Eater who got his head caught in the jar and it
kept going from baby to adult to baby again?  (I have a feeling
they're the "all kinds of people" McGonagall had to write letters to
before Hermione got her Time-Turner.)
