The one too cowardly to return could also be Ludo Bagman. Karkaroff
turned traitor and could therefore just as easily be the 'one who has
left me for good. Killing traitors is a time-honoured practice after
all : ). Bagman now is the head of a department, and thus in an
excellent position to be usefull to LV. I'm also wondering, how did he
manage to join the Ministry and rise to become head of a department?
He is not that bright, he must have needed some serious help.
