I suggested long time ago that Jo should publish "Occlumency for 
dummies 101", as her next book for charity:o). I think it will answer 
many questions. Like what IS the right way to teach Occlumency.

For now I tend to think that Snape either was NOT doing his job 
correctly on purpose or did not know how to teach Harry or did not 
want to teach him.
