Ok. I have no real idea of an answer to this. Only that with having 
curtains in front of her and the darkness of the hall, there's a 
small chance she isn't aware of exactly who comes and goes. She'd 
certainly be aware of Tonks!!! You've definately come up with 
something I hadn't thought of. (This site makes me think too much 
sometimes!!)
