So far as I can see, only things which wouldn't be useful as methods 
of communication for the OOTP and minor things at that.

Elves (who can dissapperate inside of Hogwarts)
Bad attempts at use of muggle communications (post and phone)
Hermione's charm on the coins (extremely restrictive)
