Umm.. I've reread these paragraphs and I can't make sense of them: 
you say that "there are scenarios where Albus can come out (mostly) 
innocent and sympathetic" but that you "doubt JKR will go with them". 
And yet that in JKR's mind DD is the epitome of goodness. So - why 
wouldn't JKR go with an innocent and sympathetic DD? 

I'm sure I'm completely missing your meaning here. Could you clarify?
