LOLOL! That was funny. I would think that Dumbledore would be 
forgiven by the higher powers if he would do that for the sake of 
improving Harry's home life.

Seriuously, though I think that Kjrstem is right on money. :o)
Bribery may not equal "willingly taken".

I also liked Pippin's  suggestion, but nevertheless I think 
Dumbledore can afford it indeed, no matter how much Dursleys would 
have asked.
