That makes me wonder about two things (not for the first time): 
1) Why didn't Snape bring the Wolfsbane potion to the Shack, if only 
for his own safety? I'm sure there are charms to avoid spilling 
liquid from a cup. 
2) is tying up a werewolf sufficient to keep it in check?
 
And I still don't see why he'd have to *drag* Lupin if he could have 
levitated him.
