According to rumors, though, Harry will haev his shortest stay at 
the Dursleys in HBP.  With Voldemort having Harry's blood in him 
now, it's possible to break the 'charm' that protects him at the 
house on Privet Drive and more than likely that will be the first 
chapter of the new book.

I could actually go along with cubfan on 12GP since it was made 
a 'secret' location, only Sirius wasn't living there at the time.  
It was only at the beginning of OOP that we see everyone cleaning 
the place up and beginning to use it.  As for the other place, ewww, 
who would want to 'live' at the Shrieking Shack?  Besides SSSusan is 
right..no protection at all.
