Don't have the books with me, but doesn't Ron say something about
taking Harry to see a professional Quidditch match at the end of PoA?
Whether he does or not, I'm betting that Arthur scored those tickets
fairly early in the process, possibly using Harry's name as leverage
(You know Ludo, Harry's never seen a real match. It would be such a
thrill for him!). Bertha would have eaten this right up.
