This idea occurred to me as well--that Harry was the last horcrux.  
That would mean that he would have to die in order for Voldemort to 
be able to die.  Or, he would have to somehow be broken to destroy 
the piece of Voldemort inside him.  Maybe Neville has a role to play 
after all.....
