Clarification of who is HBP (was: The Potions Book: Is Snape *really* the HBP)

But there was the spell to levitate a person which was definitely 
on the nasty side. (I'm sorry, I dont have to book to quote the 
exact spell name.) The book started with harmless bits about 
potions, then mentioned the levitation spell, and went on to Sectumsempra. This definitely looks like increasing nastiness to 
me.
