Erm, sorry about that, just noticed someone else posted the same 
thing. *is a slow reader* I don't know why Harry didn't ask about it 
in the book though! *then again, Harry doesn't ask about much at all, 
does he? It's infuriating if I have a question and it's not answered 
in the book!*

So is it possible that LV perhaps had rigged one of the 
portraits/paintings in Hogwarts to be one of his Horcruxes, then 
rigged a permanent sticking charm to the back? He would have had to 
have rigged the memory of the portrait's subject, if one can do that. 
Makes me wonder about Sir Cadogan's oddness.
