I entirely agree that Dumbledore, while perhaps not wishing to die, allowed it to happen.  It 
simply does not make logical sense that Dumbledore could not stop a single teenage wizard, 
even while unarmed.  I believe that, even in a weakened state, Dumbledore could have 
permitted his death, if he so chose.
