Presumably in Book One when Snape refereed the Quidditch match, he
was in daylight. And possibly some of the times he "flitted in and
out" of 12 Grimmauld Place in Book Five. I'm pretty sure we've seen
Snape out and about in the daytime before, even if he prefers his
dark dungeons. (I don't have my books with me so I can't check for
other possibilities, but the Quidditch match, off the top of my head,
seems like a likely candidate.)
