You may have shot yourself in the foot a bit here. You mention SOMEONE
in the first paragraph above, and then refuse to accept the
possibility that Snape is the someone.

Examine the evidence....

There seems to be a gathering argument the Snape has more than one
Unbreakable Vow going. And we all know logically consistent this huge
work has been, where what is revealed rests squarley on previously
provided evidence.
