My turn:  That would be very disturbing and bad for the wizarding 
community.  Luckily, it could never happen since Voldie didn't know 
about soul splitting until he was in school and a teenager.  My 
question is which murder was commited so soon after he learned about 
Horcruxes to create the diary?  Also, it's not good that LV then 
learned how to create a Horcrux so quickly.
