Interesting-- I didn't read it that either, but now that you say it,
it makes a lot of sense.  And, we still haven't found out who JKR has
said will develop magical powers later in life.  I also think it will
be one of the Dursleys (I mean, if it is one of the characters we have
already met-- and JKR said that we have met all of the major
characters, it's down to a Dursley or Filch, right??)
