You ask 1st why no-one thinks Harry is right when he suggests Draco 
was trusted by LV to be a DE, then you ask why the heck did LV trust 
Draco.

That was the same arguement Ron and Hermione gave. LV trust a 16 
year old?

There may be much, MUCH more to it. The other DE stood back waiting 
for Draco to finish the deed, not allowing anyone else to do it.

Initiation (ceremony) into being a DE?
Some other characteristic as to what happens to one's soul after 
murdering that LV wanted Draco to experience?
