There is no such quote. The dates for the events of 50 years ago are 
rather, well, mushy. The Lexicon's timeline is annotated with as much 
canon evidence as I had when I did the work, last October. Basically, 
I used the literal interpretation of "fifty years ago" whenever it 
said that. Of course, there's nothing to indicate that it means 
EXACTLY fifty years ago.

One of my jobs in the next two weeks while I'm in Britain is to go 
over the timelines again now that we have the new book. Your post is 
an excellent analysis and I hope you don't mind if I use it as a 
reference as I go through things again.
