So, what part in Book 7 will this man play? He's only appeared three times in 
HBP but I feel he's going to be significant to Harry's quest for the 
Horcruxes and his ultimate battle with LV.
He's an ex-auror, battle -scarred and strong-willed. He's a different sort of 
Minister to what we've been used to, no double speak politician like Fudge. 
Although he's got off on the wrong foot with Harry, he may be his most 
important ally in the time to come.

Sorry if this is old ground, I haven't seen any theories about him yet.
