There was a thread on that subject a few days ago. Read the post
134170 (that's the one that started the discussion), and the answers
to it, as well as the posts 134221 and 134344 and their answers (the
original thread got broken).

Short answer: yes, the US edition has DD saying that he can make it
appear like Draco and his family are dead.
