I don't believe that using earthly plane to describe Harry Potter 
is in fact politically incorrect. I can't see where a place that 
has such things as Avada Kedavra, Sirius Black, Centaurs, 
Dementors, Dragons, Druids, Flamel, Sorcerer Stone, Giants, 
goblins, Hippogriffs, Kappas, Mirror of Erised, Nagini, Runes, Sphinx, Trolls, Unicorns, Wands, Wizards, and many others things, could be called earthly.
