Yes, I hope Neville is capable to stand up to Snape now. But Lupin had
nothing to do with it! The Boggart lesson was in the beginning of Year
3, and it didn't ease Neville's problem at all. If I recall, Neville was
more scared of Snape than ever that year. So if during the events of
Year 5 Neville discovered his inner Gryffindor, Lupin can now take any
credit for it, a year and a half later? I don't think so. :-)
Harry can take some credit, and most of all Neville himself.
