Good point.  I was just looking at the two US covers (standard and 
deluxe) and as near as I can tell, Dumbledore and Harry are wearing 
the same flowing robes in both, so it's possible that these covers 
show two different scenes from the same chapter.  Also, I never 
noticed this before, but Harry is wearing a kind of outfit I've 
never seen in any Grand Pre illustration before.  It's not a 
Hogwarts robe, it's not muggle style casual wear, it looks like 
something from ancient times. Hmmm.
