I disagree. Sirius is probably one of the stonger Order members 
magcially speaking. Of the 5 that go to the DoM two, Tonks and 
Moody (both Aurors), are taken out by the DEs with ease (they fail 
to take a single DE with them). Sirius loses to Bellatrix but so
does Kingsley...the only difference being that there was a veil 
behind Sirius. Sirius main problem is that he lacks a skill that 
the Order can regularly use not the he is a weak member.
