Can you REALLY see wizards using shovels and digging tunnels by 
hand?  Many of them use their wands for just about everything.... 
My canon: It's a school for witches and wizards. Why would they 
make a tunnel by MUGGLE means?  Where is your canon that Witches 
or Wizards dug it by hand or that it was dug by muggles?
