I just read an interesting speculation on another site.  It was
suggested that the fire we see encircling Harry and Dumbledore on the
UK childrens' cover may actually come from Heliopaths.  That opens up
a number of possibilities.  Are they attacking Harry and DD or
protecting them?  And if they are attacking, why?  Is it part of a
desperate attempt by Fudge or Umbridge to "get even?"

Anyway, an interesting possibility, even if it turns out to be untrue.
