JKR did not say anything about Mrs Flamel - does SHE still live? I'd 
guess that she's learned loads about Potions/Alchemy during the 650+ 
years she has lived.

NOW died -- so he's been alive for a few years since the stone was 
destroyed. I'd say that she could still live for 2 years...
