  Aren't we forgetting the fact that he has to call #4 Privet Drive 
home in order to remain safe from Voldemort? Can't it be something 
as simple as going on a trip with the Weasley family or hanging out 
with friends? The birthday party was a good idea also... maybe he 
gets to visit Wealey Wizard Wheezes. Whatever it is I don't think 
that it will be something complicated--- just different for a change 
and simple.
