  If we discuss Snape's actions from the WW point of view, than I 
concede and will agree with you. You have presented your viewpoint in 
a more articulate manner than I ever could have, and you seem to have 
a great capacity for reason. I have enjoyed this exchange immensely. I 
hope we disagree more in the future. :-)
  I will concede that if we view morality, law, and standards of 
society from a WW point of view, then Snape is more than obliged to 
act the way he has been acting. I can only hope that within the books, 
these kids learn from his actions and go on to become functional 
adults who contribute to change within their society.
