Marissa: 
I think what Arthur said is similar to the "Don't take candy 
from strangers" line that we use with children. You shouldn't trust 
people or things that you don't know because they can be dangerous. 
Harry recieved the map from Fred and George, two people he felt he 
could trust, and since they had been using it for years assumed it was 
okay. Arthur was just reprimanding Ginny with a common saying that 
wizards use. It would seem to me that the map can be trusted because we 
later learned who created it and they aren't dark wizards.
