I think the biggest evidence for it being Harry's own voice is that 
it speaks in the first person.  Normally, when Harry "hears voices" 
in his head, they use "you".  "The had didn't want to put you in 
Gryffindor." (paraphrased) for example.  This time, it uses "I".  "I 
don't think I will, thanks." (or something along those lines).  If 
the voice belonged to someone else, it would refer to Harry in the 
second person.
