Well, me too. I mean really, how could we explain in-story from
Unspeakables PoV how to pick the right row?

Maybe they did Arithmancy on Trelawney's and Dumbledore's full names
and ended up with 97? Too much bother.

Or well, maybe they're just numbers and they've got a list
somewhere... (You know, like some very equal graveyards...)

Or maybe it's a code about their contents? (Like in a library;
topic-code, author, title).
