Maline, the author of this theory, thinks that LV didn't refer to 
Snape when saying about the DE who left him forever... (she actually 
states that it was Fuge) And I agree with her - it can't be Snape 
because if LV knew that he is on DD's side Snape wouldn't be able to 
spy on any DE or LV himself...
But read the article there are some good evidences.
