Ron as Half Blood Prince?

I have been rereading the OOP and came across a line I didn't 
remember from first reading.  Or maybe it just hit me differently.  
But when Harry is dreaming he dreams of Ron and Ginny in Crowns.  Has 
this been discussed before?  I can't find it if it has.  Would like 
to open it for discussion if it hasn't and would like a place to find 
it if it has.  thanks
