I for one think that is BRILLIANT!  I would be very surprised if it turned out to be true--but absolutely brilliant deduction!  LV is tall and thin like Petunia.  I just don't want Dudley infringing upon Harry's life at Hogwarts.  Besides he would have to be a bungling prince since he has no training and he would probably go over to the dark side anyway.  Brilliant post though.
