Well, from the American cover, it seems that Dumbledore will be much
more active in Harry's education in HBP. Perhaps he is taken out of
Privet Drive to spend the rest of the summer at DD's house? It would
make a lot of sense. DD would want Harry to go someplace safe. It
would be cruel to send him to Grimmauld Place, with all it's memories
of Sirius, and there are evidently reasons he doesn't want Harry to
come to Hogwarts in the summer (perhaps because it would be too
conspicuous of a break with tradition). The Burrow is probably not
safe enough. So Dumbledore's own house would be a logical choice.
Also, one assumes Dumbledore is going to want to work on healing his
relationship with Harry. Having the boy as a houseguest for a while
would give him time to start that process.
If Dumbledore is himself the HBP, then a sojourn at Dumbledore's house
might serve for Harry to gather knowledge about Dumbledore's past that
will be important as the book continues.
Just speculating, of course.
