Does Trewlawney Know About the Prophecy?

I wonder if Trewlawney even knows she made the prophecies?  If she 
goes into a trancelike state and emerges like she did in POA with 
Harry, she seems to be unaware.  Moreover, she seemed horrified at 
the thought that she had made a prediction to Harry about the Dark 
Lord.  If she knew she had done it once before, seems like it 
wouldn't have come as quite a shock.


I find it interesting that the only two people who have witnessed her 
predictions are Harry and DD.  What is the mysterious connection b/w 
her and them that "triggered" the prophecies?


Related question:  How does DD know that she's only made 2 
predictions?  Couldn't she have made some to someone else, that never 
got "recorded" at the MOM?
