SSSusan:
It was Bella, and he told her in the Ministry building.  The question 
is whether she *believed* Harry and, even if she did, whether she 
would tell anyone else.  She clearly seemed upset by the comment, and 
I'm not sure how she would react in the long run....

Anybody got any guesses on that?
