Quite - and er - I think that if one's under protective 'unplottable' 
or 'Fidelius' Charms - (and who knows what others) - SECRET location, 
well -- I think the envelope would just say: Unknown location (as the 
ones calling Harry for the Hearing mentioned).

Still, Hedwig could reach Hermione, Ron and Sirius at 12 Grimmauld 
Place - as did the Ministry-OWL reach Harry...

Still, all the post Harry's getting is from friends, official
(Hogwarts&Ministry) and only after that Quibbler article from any 
other... are the allowed birds carrying mail somehow restricted?
