You yourself just said that a squib is not a witch/wizard regardless
of their magical parentage, so why would a child who can't do magic,
but who has one magical parent, be any different? I believe half-blood
is a term that applies only to witches and wizards, not to squibs or
muggles.  The real question is for me, whether someone who has one
magical and one muggle parent but can't do magic themselves is called
a squib or a muggle?
