I agree with you Karen, I've also mentioned this before. I think that 
Hermione will help Harry out by figuring out something important 
using her logical mind. I keep thinking about how Hermione knew what 
Lupin was in PoA, but how she kept it to herself until the end of the 
book. 

I think she will figure out something important about Snape which 
will not be revealed until the end of book 7. Maybe Harry will 
eventually show Hermione Snape's penseive memory and she will see 
something Harry never noticed before.
